Temporary resident Visa

Is it ok to apply for the visa from China?

My status is a foreign worker in Canada. I have to get back to china at the end of June and don't have enough time to get visa renewed in Buffalo....I wonder whether I could do it from whithin China?

all working authorization must apply outside canada. so in china would be fine. just be careful with the processing time in each location.
