We would like to request the removal of any and all usage limits imposed on your customers. This is an infringement on the end users rights. As stated in section 4 subsection G of the end user agreement it states that "you may not use the service to directly or indirectly restrict, inhibit or interfere with the ability of any person to use or enjoy the Internet..." By moving forward with your usage limits you are doing just that. In todays fast moving technological times more and more families are getting setup with multiple computers, online console gaming systems, and other internet enabled devices. By enforcing your usage limits you are effectively reducing the value brought by any of these products and building resentment towards your company for essentially taking away these liberties. We are very displeased with your business practices and promise to share your shenanigans with the rest of the online community. End the usage limits today.

那需要做一些功课，查阅商业方面的法律条文。估计rogers是聘有专业律师的，因此，rogers不敢明目张胆的在agreement里列出限制流量，而采取一些法律模糊的条文，来欺不懂法律的消费者。偶的判断是，可以找出法律条文来sue rogers. 但偶不用rogers，所以，没有rogers与用户的agreement.

要将你的信写的对rogers有威胁，以使得他们必须回应，可以考虑如下两条：

1）rogers违反法律，是商业欺诈。限期rogers必须在48小时内回复，否则采取法律行动或投诉有关管理部门。
2）如果找不到法律条文，就威胁rogers不在48小时采取行动，就中止使用rogers的服务，switch到其它服务商（比如bell sympatico).

你的信必须对rogers有威胁，或把他们送上法庭被告席；或投诉到管理部门惩罚他们或给他们造成麻烦；或者造成他们的经济损失（客户流失，市场占有率下降。。。）。

另外，你的信件要挂号寄出，并要求对方签收。这样比较严肃正式。

信件要写给某一个负责人，必须有名有姓，并cc给rogers的president，而不能象你的这样，写给“Rogers Communications Inc.”。 那样是没人负责的，也没有压力。
