7. Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment 2005
8. Original Salary Receipts( 6 months)
9. Photocopy of bankbook
10. One Photocopy of GIC

3. Four Pictures of Father
4. Four Pictures of Mother
5. Two Pieces of Application for a Temporary Resident VISA
6. One Piece of Father’s Family Composition Information

They live in shanghai, sorry, they never thought about applying visa at other places.

I paid it from a lawyer. You can go to any law firm and ask for a certified invitation letter.

我姑妈和爸爸都办出来了。使馆要求什么就提供什么，没有的或者实在没法办的材料自己写个说明解释就好了。
