1. Downloading visa application form from Candian Citizenship and Immigration website

2. fill application form and mail it together with your passport to one of (any of) Canadian Embassy in USA ...

then they will mail your passport with visa on it ...

Make sure the valid date of your student permit and your passport expire time support your visa ...
