OTI Action Centre
The Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment is being viewed as the next Y2K problem in the electronic industry.
Alex Chen, P.Eng, M.Eng, Advanced Technology, Alcatel NA, will visit the OTI Action Centre to explain the RoHS in detail and will outline the implications RoHS could have on our tech industry.
Materials covered in this presentation include:
- RoHS Overview and Business Impact;
- Technical Issue Related to RoHS in the Industry; and,
- Real Life Examples on Different Component Issues.
