给你点实用的建议
氨基酸,淀粉的主要来源:
GIANT TIGER20磅的土豆够维持3星期的主食
VB,VC的主要来源:
5磅的胡萝卜一月一袋就足够
VC的另类来源
柠檬一星期一只
蛋白质:
一周2只鸡蛋,4周刚好一盒14个
引水=TAP WATER
以上可以保证这半年内的生存开销维持在150刀以内

如果楼主需要脂肪的话,买一块便宜的MARGRINE,抹在土豆上吃,一般一块开封的MARGRINE在冰箱内可以存放3个月

是有男朋友，他每个月给我75%的房租。。。而且他自己也要花钱。。。他每个月也挣不多。。
