In Canada, all car must have day time running light. It is said. The low beam of your front light is on when you start your car. If what you said "开大灯" is turn on high beam. The answer is no. You don't need to turn on high beam. And if there is coming traffic you should turn off the high beam. Because you will make the other driver difficult to see you.

绝大部分车的DRL和Low Beam是不同的，DRL亮度很低，只是让对面司机能更容易看到你而已。

晚上开不开Low Beam，前方的能见度还是很有区别的。不过现在有不少车的Low beam都是自动开的，根据外部光线条件...
