How can I prove my previous work experience in China if the company alreadyshut down?

Before I came to Canada in 2003, I worked for a trading company as an assiatant manager for 4 years after high school graduation in Chian. At the time when I applied for my student visa in 2002, I also reported this work experience to Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Unfortunately, I recently knew that company has closed. I can not get hold with my previous boss and workmates. My questionis is how I can prove that work experience when applying for immigration. Thanks.
