已经胖了很久的人,有谁要减肥的?

大家知道想减肥和要减肥有什么不一样吗?
他们之间的差别就试,想就只是想,没有行动,永远只是想,不会瘦。。。

而要减肥就需要一套方法,跟着方法一天一天瘦,才会有你想要的效果哦。。
 
I have spent for two months to do this and reduce my weight from 160lb to 150lb. My way is to eat rice less than before. I used to eat two-bowl rice but right now only one and half bowl instead. I hope that I am able to control my weight between 145lb and 150lb.
