Order a programme controller from the manufacture (you may find the number on the user manual) and change it yourself. If you have a service man do it for you, I guess it would cost you at least 1/2 of a new wash machine. Service peole do module level replace only, they never repair it at part/component level.

不一定是控制器坏，还有可能是与搓洗有关的电路，机械方面的故障。

您并不知道搓洗采取的是何方式，其电路或机械方面是否有什么机巧。
另外，如果楼主想换控制器的话，可以到Sears Home Central 的Parts Department订货.

Thanks for everyone's input

called around number of repair companies, visiting cost around $45-50(just go to the site), charges about $30-40 per 1/2 hour for check what is the problem, depends on the problem, replace part etc.. plus labour, it easily over $120 just to start....
I am going to buy a new one, in Futureshop a 3.2 cu cost 339.99 this week. I think that is reasonable for a rental property.
