the computer will not recognise External Hard Drive , i've tried it on different computers and no joy.
when i switch the device on it comes up found new hardware usb mass storage device, and the comes up with a problem was occured during hardware installation. your new hardware might not work properly.
it does not show up in explorer, and looking in device manager it has a yellow exclamation mark next to it.i've have tried a new lead but does just the same. the computer restart many times ,it's not work
help! help!

you may need to format the hard disk for the first time use, you can do it from control panel -> Performance & Maintenance -> Administrative tool -> Computer Management -> Disk Management

I can't find the usb in Disk Management ,and the External Hard Drive before I could use it , but now it doesn't work .
