Minto乱要钱, 怎么办啊

You can not ignore their request. You'd better deal with Minto carefully. If you do not pay accordingly, Minto may send your inovice for collection and affect your credit record badly. It happened to my friend.

你不用告minto,3000块钱也不用付，你可以先给信用卡公司打电话，告诉他们如果minto敢取你的钱，你就拒付。如果楼主搬走之前没有签下对自己很不利的东西，minto肯定不敢告你，告人还是要先做很多工作的，加拿大有钱人都怕穷人。你跟他们说，你只付你办走之前答应的1000，否则分文不付，你要以强硬态度拒绝3000，如果minto威胁要坏你的credit，你也不用理会，我相信minto99%都会接受你1000的offer。

即使楼主搬走之前签了对自己很不利的东西，不想付就不付，跟minto打交道装出一付穷人无赖的样子，minto也会怕了你，能拿到1000就该谢天谢地了^^

Don't agree or admit anything.

1) You don't have to pay for normal wear.
2) They desiced to replace anything, that is their problem. They can increate the rent. But not ask $ from the previous tentent.
3) If you haven't sign anything, there is not prove.
But if you already agree on the condition of the floor... then you may have to pay for that.
4) Time - anything could happen in this 6 monthes.

Use these and any other reason to support yourself.
