Location seems pretty good in terms of transportation. Good rental. But what about school?

It is a low income area. There houses used to be rental unit. The owner sold them 3 years ago.The house may be old, not at top condition and land is small.The location is good. Shopping, bus, beach, biking are all nearby. But I wouldn’t raise my school age kids there.

There's a good montessori school nearby, but it's private school. There is a section in the neighbourhood consisting of subsidized housing, but beside that, the other areas in the neighourhood are generally good - quiet streets and convenient. Some areas also have newer big houses.
