请问应该在哪个部门投诉acura车行的售后服务？

请问去哪个监管部门投诉才真的有用？？？？因为太气人了，，觉得这种售后服务不应该出现在这个级别的车行里，我就不相信在北美花了钱会得不到应有的服务

说到投诉，我也是一肚子火。我向BBB投诉过CITY DRIVER'S TRAINING，一个驾驶学校，人家都不CARE，BBB也没办法，告诉我这个CASE CLOSED UNRESOLVED。THE LEVEL OF COOPERATION OF THIS BUSINESS WILL BE RECODED ON FILE。有什么用，我现在告的是MINISTRY SERVICE OF ONTARIO，名字大概是这个，刚才去找电话号码，没找到，你在网上应该能查到。 但这个组织，100块以下不作调节。

You can have your car serviced at another acura dealer. There is no needs to be the one sold you car.

Unfortunately there's only one Acura dealer in Ottawa (Camco) and another one in Gatineau..

Unless you don't mind having the service done at Honda, its sister counterpart...

HONDA的电脑读不出ACURA车载电脑的码,,因为我的车还在warranty期内,,而且出问题的地方是发动机...所以去HONDA也没用..

But the one in Hull is much better, and not that far, why not going there? We banned Camco since last year for it's bad service and bad attitude!
