精华 有在KANAtA 买新房的朋友吗？交流一下

想在KANATA以南，MAPLE GROVE ROAD 买房，builder是MATTAMY,有在哪买房或者想买的朋友，大家交流一下。那里的房价，生活环境相比其他地方如何？朋友说那里的房价比较便宜，是不是因为地势不太好，还有所说的氡气，或者其他原因。谢谢先！

Hard to say
Eastbound problem is at greenbank to maitland. It is about 4km takes 10 to 15 minutes to pass through at rush hour.

Westbound problem is downtown to carling. and bayshore to march road( This problem will be gone after extra line is added. The job should be finished this year).

These problem are hardly kanata resident alone. Everyone live westend will have same problem.
Many Barhaven residents go east by get on 417 through greenbank ,woodroof and maitland. They are in this traffic jam too.

People from orlean have their fair share of 417 headache. So if you like to live in suburb,that is the price you will pay. But ottawa is not that bad compare to other city like toronto. If there is no snow storm, you still can drive to downtown about 40 minutes at rush hour, 25 minutes at other time.
