想问问有谁在OTTAWA用过bell 或者 rogers的 sympatico unpluged 和portable internet?
效果如何? 哪个会好点呢....

Bell and Rogers share the same WiMAX network. Not sure where the "rogers 信号要好很多" comes from. In fact,each company has 50% network resouce.I run a test at my home , and the test result was 1.6M download/500K upload when there was only one signal bar.

I don't like Rogers service. There are too much hiding fee.

I used to use Rogers wireless phone service and Hi-Speed internet service. There were so many surprises on my bills. Such as extra outlet fee on cable TV service, extra data traffic fee, long distance fee in Ottawa area, big bill after I canceled the service...Anyway, too many surprises.


Never used Rogers WiMAX (protable Internet) service.

Bell's bill is alway shown as a same number. I fell more comfortable.

I don't like Rogers service. There are too much hiding fee.

I tried both at home. Rogers is always 4 lights and bell is 2 to 3. That is just personal experience. Never had over charge on my bill. Although I don't like Rogers neither, I will stick with their portable internet.

其实rogers和bell都是一般黑的,我的bell的账单从2月开通以来从来就没有对过,每个月都要给他们打电话纠正,上个月花了45分钟似乎是彻底解决了问题,但还要看这个月账单才知道是不是真正解决了.

理论上说,如果他们事先没有说明某项费用,你拿到账单是可以和他们争辩拿回多收的钱来的,但通常这个 过程会很长,就看你愿不愿意和他们较劲
