请问确认是病毒问题了么，如果是病毒问题，用诺顿或者卡巴斯基进行一次全面扫描，再看有什么结果。

如果DHCP不行， 那就手动的给一个IP 地址（不同与其他计算机地址）试试。 不会的话， 留个电话号码叫你做。

请教各位大大：
本人是个超级菜鸟，对计算机的硬软件知知不多。
本人的机子不能上网，动态ip地址老是自动被改（正确的地址类型应该是
assigned by dhcp 在support下， 但是本人的地址类型是
automaticlly privited address ）所以一直是上不了网。打电话询问rogers
的技术支持，但给我的答复是，我的内部网卡的driver不对，（其他的所有情况
都没有问题）。
请教哪位大大，在这种情况下该如何修复呢？

try "netsh winsock reset catalog" under dos mode and reboot the computer to see if it resolves the problem
if not success, uninstall the network drive, scan the virus, kill the virus if there is any and then re-install the drive. Before you uninstall, DOWNLOAD THE DRIVE first.
