Use some encryption for your wireless connection. Better choose WPA2 or WPA; WEP has some defects but should be strong enough to stop amateur thieves. Use MAC address filtering if none of these are available -- in case the wireless router is extremely old.

Do some search on the Internet you will know how to do these.

I hate these people. 　I have to pay almost $90 for the usage. since this month i began to use wired connection and check my usage, it is only 2G now.

During Christmas, I didn't use any upload or download, but still over 60G. If you want to steal wireless internet, you should be aware some one will pay it, it is not your bill. Be careful to use it if you have emergency to use it or use your own internet connection.

I make my money by hard working, not by stealing. I can "share" as long as it is NOT over limit. $90 is at least not small amount for me.

poor you......what did you do with these people? your neighbor? must downloaded a lot of stuff....

千万千万不要用PRIMUS的任何服务,我也深受其害.
曾经用过PRIMUS的HOME PHONE, 后来由于搬家去魁省,打电话给PRIMUS的CUSTOMER SERVICE要求CANCEL, 电话里答应得好好的4月1日终止服务, 我信以为真了. 可到了当年9月份突然接到COLLECTION AGENCY的电话,说我拖欠PRIMUS五个月的电话费, 如果不马上连本带息支付就会影响我的信用记录. 打电话回PRIMUS CUSTOMER SERVICE,可对方已经不认账了.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM PRIMUS!

BELL也干过同样的事....根现在SALESMAN的素质有关...

Recent experience (3 months ago).

Pricing:
To get the promotion price, you need to pre-pay 1 year service fee.

DSL quality:
In theory, the quality should be the same as Bell Sympatico and the speed is up to 5Mbps.

Customer Service:
The customer service agent is willing to open a ticket (to Bell) for solving your issues/requests. It is hard to conclude whether the customer service is good/helpful or not. From my experience, they are just a contact point for opening tickets.
