渥太华2008迎奥运华人网球赛

每人发放一份比赛结果表格，比赛完，双方签字以做备录，如果对上报统计的比分有争论时，以签字的比分为准。

有个疑问

输赢双方报的比分不一致怎么算？

这个办法不错，如果有一方不能到场也无法签字怎么办？算谁弃权呢？

还有个问题是：在什么ＳＵＲＦＡＣＥ的场地打？

报名！ 水平一般，有球友估的是2.5

一些想法：

大家都不会耍赖吧，如果不行，那么到场的一方给主席打个电话，记录在案做为证据。过后可以允许找个时间补赛，但是只有一次补赛机会。如果两次都缺席，那就按弃权处理，比赛结果按：6:3, 6:3. 处理，（比赛结果再商议）。​

因为每周主席都会在这里公布成绩，也会标记出不出席和弃权比赛的情况，如果在一周（两周）内对自己的成绩不提出上诉，就代表承认这些结果。

夏天，都应当在硬地打吧，但是不做硬性规定，只要双方同意就可，如果都同意在房顶打，也没有问题。在双方达不成协议的情况下，就应当在硬地打。

推荐一个场地，从国会山的铁桥过去不远

８个场，塑胶地面质量非常好，白天基本无人，晚上开灯免费，光线充足。１６人同时打比赛都行，３２人能打双打。

每年渥太华地区的业余公开赛都在此举行．奖金３０００

We played before, it is good to meet you here. If you have any other tennis friends who are interested, please pass this message on to them. We are still short of 5-6 people. (We need at least total 24 players entry)
Regarding the time of play, please read the first message I posted here carefully. Total 4 groups with 6 in each group. Groups are determined by draw, therefore, each individual will play 5 matches within the group, while the two players with the best winning percentage in each group will advance to the final 8.
