builder Monarch: price just dropped more than 2%

据说monarch现在是女人当道, 品质越来越差.

那么我的理解是：这个1％reduce不过是monarch的小花招，真实价格并没有变（相同的配置），或者减小standard配置减少点价格，但我可能要花更多的钱才能回到相同的配置？

以前没有相关的经验，望大家指点指点...

A friend just bought a same model as we bough in Nov 2007. The price dropped about $9000 (including the 1% GST return)!

Stonebridge is a really nice community that you can not and will not find a similar one in any other area in Barrhaven.

A frined just bought a single home. Same standard as before, no change.

Went to see the house in stone bridge. I found out that you have to pay extra money for the lot(at least 6000). Is it the same for other builder?

搞错了吧，Kanata 以西stittsville附近有个垃圾场

垃圾场在416西边，离Monarch的416东边很多的地方很远很远，完全不是一个区，倒是离South Kanata很近。

Richcraft increased its prices in January 2008 for more than 10% since last price increased in Nov/Dec 2007. However, their new prices in April dropped about 2%-3% for 50' lot.
