They should open , since they only close according to the holidays they listed on the website. Most of them are chinese holidays. I went there on Easter Monday and they opened.

I went to the visa section today, and the visa officer told me they would work as usually on May 19.

对，一定要机票，E-ticket 打印也行。

可多过30天。

使馆机构是属于中国的，使馆的建筑是属于中国的领土范围，所以使馆工作人员的节假日是按中国的节假日放的。

记得一般是使馆的假期是原在国的假期加上在驻国的假期。
