正面图案为第29届奥林匹克运动会会徽、吉祥物，底纹图案为蕴含着与吉祥物来源于江河湖海、森林、圣火、山川大地、天空联系的水纹、竹纹、火纹、山坡纹、云纹图案；背面为第29届奥林匹克运动会会徽和中英文文字，以及花形图案。

This Harmonious Olympics Floriated Silver-plated Commemorative Medallion is made by authorization of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad.
This silver-plated copper commemorative medallion with a diameter of 50mm is made by coinage technique. The front side includes the images of the emblem for the XXIX Olympiad, mascots against a background of water, bamboo, fire, hillside, and clouds respectively that are related to the origins of mascots, including river & sea, forest, Olympic flame, mountains & earth, as well as the names of mascots in both Chinese and English, surrounded by 35 Olympic pictograms around the brim. Its back carries the images of the Temple of Heaven, the emblem for the XXIX Olympiad and the text that reads ”the XXIX Olympiad” in both Chinese and English.
Innovatively designed and made with advanced technique, this unique medallion carries an anti-counterfeit label for the Beijing 2008 Official Licensed Product and has a limited circulation of 80,000 pieces that have been serially numbered.
