车停在家门口被邻居撞了，怎么办？

早上出门发现车前门被撞凹了
因为是正面撞凹的，所以只有可能是邻居倒车的时候撞的

请问他这种撞车之后不来敲门告诉我们的行为算不算hit and run。
我们要不要报警？谢谢大家

我们照了照片作为证据。
但是不知道有没有目击证人

如果报警，是不是根据邻居的车的痕迹鉴定出是他干的？

I think you should just call the police right now. Let them handle the rest thing. If your car insurance is full coverage and $0 deductible, the company will pay everything. Don't worry.

我看过一个帖子，说这种我们是属于无过错方，不管有没有deductible，保险公司都应该全赔的吧

Not really, if the insurance company not able to find the driver who hitted your car, you STILL have to pay deductible. Most of the case, from $300 upto $500.
