You can make an appointment for your service then you have more control on the date and time.

去年这个时候我们是早上5、6点到那排队的，才排了个第二。今年我们10月底就去换了，差不多早上7点多到的，排了个第十，不过也算是换了。
根据这些信息，你自己考虑要去多早吧

I went to the one on Merivale this morning at 7:30 (The door opens at 8:00 every day), was 9th out of today's appointment. They will give you an appointment is you are inline in the morning, but they can't take you in for the day - I believe that is the only way you can get appointment. So I booked Thursday Nov 20 8:00AM.

According to the guy at the counter, for week days, 7:300 should be able to get in. For the weekends, you need to be there by 7:00 - maybe he was right.

The price in Costco is very good, even better than what you can get from tirerack.com.
