Capital Fashion Week

landmark event. Capital Fashion Week is set to take place in the city's
most breathtaking and exclusive historical building, the Government
Conference Centre - located in the heart of downtown Ottawa.
Featuring professional runway shows to highlight Spring/Summer women's and
menswear trends for 2009 as well as on-site vendor displays, this two-day
event will welcome some of Canada's leading designers and most exciting
up-and-coming talent. A portion of the proceeds of this showcase will be
given to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.
