But I can't type the Chinese in the office. I'll write how to roast the duck tonight, that's one of my killers.

YD, you pick a date, like Saturday or Sunday, noon or evening; you decide the menu and give out the shopping list; call for the participants on this forum, for this first event, let's say we start with between 5-10 people; find a place, of course,volunteer needed for this; go shopping, again, need volunteer; then,
hi, everybody helps and let's start cooking.
Or any other suggestions, guys?
