It is auto car wash, you just need pay before go in. $6.99 to $11.99 plus tax.

No内部清洗 at a gas station. But you can pay and use a cleaning machine and clean your car by yourself. Normally the machine is near air pump. I never see people do it in Winter.
Some garage offer car 内部清洗. But it is not cheap.
