[请求] 请高人指点,多少钱买就值

昨天在私人那看了一辆车,信息如下:

96 Toyota Camry LE. V4. 2.2L

Spoiler and wood dash.
Power windows (but didn't notice if there are powered components like power mirror, etc.)
ABS. Alarm system.
No rust. Rust proof protection every year.
Always serviced by Toyota. 2-year additional warranty left.
Time belt changed at 100,000km. Almost new Good Year all seasons tires.
First owner.Very clean.
128000km.

我感觉车况不错,确实想买但苦于经验不足,不知多少钱买下就值. 买与不买,就想在这一二天内定下来.

特请高人指点.

你 还 要 问 车 是 否 有 大 修 记 录 ,才 能 定 价 钱 .

Besides the information above, I just confirmed that:
Power window on the driver side
Power trunk ( I don't know what it means. He told me that it can be controlled electrically, e.g., by push button)
Safety check passed today ($65 by Toyoto dealer he told me)
Keyless entrance ( Is it the same thing as Alarm system?)

刚才跟卖车人联系, 车价已降下500, 目前是$9500. 他讲如果按trade-in方式卖给dealer, dealer可出$8500. 两者相差合理吗? 如果我认可这个$8500, 一般讲还有空间向下砍价吗? 我感觉他有可能接受$9000. 不过要是$8500成交, 我很乐意接受.

归根结底还是一个问题多少钱买下合适合理? 对了卖主是个军人.

我今晚8:30-10:00之间要给他去电话.我想今就定下来.
