I agree this looks like an input error. Otherwise 120,000km in a year is quite unusual. Maybe only a commercial taxi can drive this much.

The "111，846" number seems indicating 111，846 miles, corresponding to the 180,000 km odm reading.

Why not? I knew a Toyota Siena run 100K+ for one year because it was used for delivering newspapers. You can not image what the state of the van.

I would say that checking the car from a garage is the best approach. They can estimate the mileage.
