Canada Computers has a nice offering right now if you've been looking for a netbook with Windows XP for under $200. It's a Refurbished Acer Aspireone AOA110-1995 Netbook in Seashell White for $199.99. Here are the specs:

• Intel Atom Processor N270 (512KB L2 cache, 1.60GHz, 533MHz FSB)
• 1GB DDR2 533 SDRAM
• 16GB SSD (8GB + 8GB NAND Flash SSD)
• Card Reader
• 802.11b/g WLAN, 10/100 LAN

• 3 cell battery
• Windows XP Home

That's pretty much standard netbook hardware, but it's very tempting at just $200. Despite it being a refurbished product, there is still a 1-year warranty provided by the manufacturer.
