Plug the additonal heating system. If you notice other cars which park at outside, you will find most of them have a power wire. it used for keep the engine warm when you park outside in the winter.

My car is 97 Camery without a power wire, it's said Camery is very good car and doesn't need additional heating system. Do I need to change a new bettery?

Camry也是一辆车，5年多的车如果电池还是原厂的，dead是很正常的。尤其天气比较冷，电池状况比夏天自然是要差。additional heating system大概说的是block heater吧，看当地的天气了。我看你这辆车电池的问题更大些。
