请教我的电脑为什么看网上视频没有声音？

请问哪位朋友知道，为什么我在电脑上听自己下载好的歌，或者看PPLive等就有声音；如果在网上听歌或看视频就没有声音了？怎么排除故障？以前在网上看视频还有声音，最近发现不行了。谢谢！

Go to Tools in IE >Internet Options>Advanced Tab>Multimedia, check PLAY SOUNDS IN WEBPAGES is ticked or not. If not, tick it.

不过我用的是Firefox, 请问在哪找 "Advanced Tab>Multimedia, check PLAY SOUNDS IN WEBPAGES" 这些选项呢？谢谢！

Try another method.
Go to Start menu, Run, typing regedit and then Enter. After that, in the registry editor, walk through the tree in the left pane, till you reach
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Win dows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32
And then on the right pane, check if there is 'wavemapper'.
If not, right click and click on New, select String value, enter "wavemapper" (without quots of course), ENTER, type "msacm32.drv", ENTER.
Close the editor. No need to restart. Video on internet would work fine now.

还是不行。在Firefox里就是没有声音，在IE里就有。以前在Firefox里还有声音，不知道最近怎么就没有了

郁闷，删了旧的，安装新的Firefox还是不行

Click Tools/Options/Content。
Click Manager in the lowest frame for file type.
Check if your media type is included in the types of Media files.

我的Firefox Tools/Options/Content 里面没有 Manager in the lowest frame for file type.
只有Fonts&Colors, languages etc. 我用的是Version3.0.13, 是太旧了还是隐藏了？

奇怪，我的Firefox Tools/Options/Content 里面，在 Fonts&Colors 下面是Languages，不是File Type。我用的是最新的Version 3.5.2了。

另外，安装了插件也还是不行。

不知道各位还有什么好方法解决呢？
