1， 有什么网站可以找吗？在hull这边，Ontario的能在这边吗？

2， 怎么找到好的验房师，一般询问时问些什么问题很确定这个验房师好不好。

3， 一般的验房过程都包括什么？有什么会收额外费用？

4， 多长时间拿报告。

1) Ontario inspector could work Quebec side.
2) seriously they can't find everything in 1 hour inspection. I think most of them just about same as long as they followed their manual.
3) I don't have the list. Should include most part of house is not covered. One fee only
4) on the spot.
