最近5 year variable rate好像降了倒prime rate+0%，不知道5 year是不是也在降?

one year fixed is 2.6%,
two year fixed is 2.8%
3 year fixed is 3.55%

我只知道rbc 3年是3.6% locked for half year (for new house).
