第一次拿罚单，不知该如何处理

今天第一次拿罚单。 在一Stop sign 前虽做出停车动作但可能不到3秒。被旁边藏着的警车抓到,说是没停车，罚110。 请大侠们给点意见：应该乖乖的去交钱，还是上庭解释一下，争取宽大处理。另外，不知道是否扣点。
