A chip shot is defined as an arm dominated putting type stroke with a lofted iron from just off the green.

Setup Up and Swing Motion
* Regular golf grip
* Forward foot back (open stance to target)
* Weight on your forward leg (leave it there!)
* Hands forward to establish an aggressive shaft angle
* Position ball back in your stance to steepen your attack
* Swing motion - pendulum stoke ( A slight amount of body motion for rhythm is acceptable)

1. The more a chip resembles a putt the better
2. Always land your chip on the green
3. The easiest and most consistent way to chip is to always just chip the ball onto the same spot in front of you (about 2' onto the green) then select different lofted clubs for varying degrees of roll

Formular for club selection
1. Sand wedge 1 part flight = 1 part roll
2. Pitching wedge 1 part flight =2 part roll
3. 9 iron 1 parth flight = 3 parts roll
etc.

Note: The most critical element to your stroke is to maintain your shaft angle through the ball. Don't let the club head pass your hands. Firm wrists!

谢谢分享!这个跟我听过的12ft rule有点相似,不过更详细。
