Nortel Investment Trust (NIT) is an new formed Trust owned by >51% (Canada Shares) + < 49% (International Shares). The Corporate Headquarters of Nortel will be stay geologically "as is". However, there will be restructure, reorg... NIT met key officers in PM's office last week & a number of local MPs from different parties. This week, NIT members are traveling in Québec and Arbert where Nortel operations are located. The decision of PM on "To Sale or not to Sale Nortel Asserts" to the foriegn companies might be made within two ~ three weeks.
