母乳喂养的妈妈们，出门都怎么办啊？

去买个专门喂奶的披肩，走哪都可以喂，都是合法的，没有人能说你，也没有人会说你。

It needs some practice too, I guess. Everytime I have to try quite a few times to get baby latch on correctly. The nipples are still sore (compared to the bleeding, painful nipples a few weeks ago, this is nothing), so some times I have to use pump instead of breast feeding directly. I guess other moms might have the same experience, any suggestions for sore nipples? I use nipple cream and try to get a good latch whenever it's possible. But still....

我也这样，我的家庭医生说只能泵出来喂了，当时很upset。后来一个朋友让我给le leche league打电话，很幸运是susan给我回的电话，她也是OEYC的baby drop-in的leader。她告诉我可以去breastfeeding drop-in，或者PD都可以开Dr. Newman的All purpose nipple cream，这个比leshino更有止疼的效果，但是是处方药，应该不可以长期用吧，虽然说是很safe。这个真是我的life saver。还有，如果能不泵就别泵了，有的宝宝吃惯了奶瓶，就不张嘴了，很难latch on。你也可以去Dr. Jack Newman的网站看看，很多很有用的信息。。

一样一样一样的：）好在比较庆幸的是我的nipple一直没有破，但是有那个趋势：（ 在医院的时候，从一开始我就用了nipple cream，可能有点关系吧。我们家DJ（我儿子，哈哈：）有nipple confuse的问题，因为我刨腹产没有奶，最初他都吃奶瓶子不认我。后来我找了Somerset Health Center的Lactation Consultant， Diana，她给我了一个nipple shield，可以保护nipple，也可以解决nipple内陷的问题，不过最后的结果是DJ彻底不认我的nipple，只认橡胶的了～～ 让他latch on更是难上加难了。现在我也不知道怎么办了，555

Breast shields could cause that kind of problem. I read that in a book.

The Pinecrest-Queenway Community Healthe Centre has a breastfeed dropin center. It's located at 1365 Richmond Rd. It opens every Tuesday 1:30 to 3:30pm. You can visit them and see if they can help.

My baby has no problem switching from bottle to breast, but because one of my breast has a lot more milk than the other, she is always choke on the one with more milk. Plus I couldn't find a comfortable feeding position. My back is really hurting afterwords.

谢谢你的信息，我一般去chinatown或者420 cooper的community，感觉好像都一样。
如果背疼可以试试躺着喂，或者用个nursing pillow （my breast friend 有一个靠背，我还挺喜欢的，声明不是广告哦：），怎么舒服怎么来，还有至少一年的时间呢:blink:
