晕，我买的也是Cheasapeake，身边认识的几个朋友也是买的Cheasapeak，是不是这个楼盘一半以上的都是cheasapeak model呀？

因为CHEASAPEAK是唯一看上去比较舒服的MODEL呀，没有其它可选的了。。。。另外，CHEASAPEAK的OPTION也比较多一些，能适合不同人士的需求。

PLATINA也挺不错的，就是不太喜欢那个楼梯。
不太喜欢CHEASAPEAK的那些个尖尖(屋子外面的)，但也没有更多的选择了。

相对而言性价比比较高

I got chance to drove by the community today. I am surprise the whole site is so quiet, and I could not even find a truck. The model home does not make any progress for couple of weeks. All the owners have already been awared of that our closing date would be delayed. But I am afraid that it could be next summer. Anyone know what is going on there?

I am wondering is it a good or bad? I mean digging it 6 inches lower. Is it worth to go to the 9" ceiling in basement?

Phoenix does not have Dedicated HRV option.

Phoenix的服务不是一般的差，奉劝考虑Phoenix的朋友三思而后行。一开始我还以为只是我们一家这样，也可能我们改动太多，他们是小builder，handle不了？后来我发现我们整条街的邻居都这样——无论改动多的还是少的，最后甚至发展到整个小区愤怒的邻居联合起来和他们谈判，我才意识到这是一家非常Cheap的builder——管理极为混乱，死不认账，蛮不讲理。我们去做inspection，工地的forman手里拿的图纸和我们手里拿的图纸完全两样的事情不说每一次发生，但是基本上他们都能做到，非常难能可贵。
所以除非你是买房非常有经验，而且有时间，也愿意事无巨细跟踪房子的进度——前提是Phoenix有那个好心肠让你跟，而且你做好了有事情和他法庭上见的万全准备，并且有信心打赢官司——否则，我个人的经验，离他们远点，越远越好。
