圣诞和生日的“送礼”问题

上JK and Grade 1的孩子收到N个生日party 邀请，这里送礼一般多少钱的合适呢？虽然孩子已经去过几个party了，但是都是drop off的，大人没有陪，不知道老外们通常都送些什么和什么价位的。

圣诞也快到了，还有一星期学校就放假了，着急不知道给老师, day care 还有bus driver, 送什么礼物合适。每人一张卡片是不是就可以了？印象中有人发帖说圣诞要送“大礼”给老师，$20左右的点心巧克力之类的，这个价钱是不是太高了，这么多老师，一送不过来，二是让小孩带到学校去送，还是大人去接小孩时送，不管怎样，在其他小朋友和家长面前都会觉得有点尴尬呢，小礼物可能好些。

大家有没有好建议和经验分享一下？ 谢谢！

Thanks! How about Halloween party? Last time one of them got invited to a Halloween party and received Halloween gifts from the hostess.

My kids have never been to a private Halloween party. I don't think you need card for it. But if you want, you can bring some nut free home made
treats or small decoration stuff. My friend did so.

for kid's birthday, I normally buy $15-20 gift. It's my first year buying present for my son's JK teacher. I haven't figured out what to get her yet, very likely chocolate or candle, along those lines, just something small. The amount you spend would be less than on a good friend or family members. for halloween party, you can bring in some goodies.
