need help--found water inside of window frame

you mean condensation or dripping water. If condensation in very cold days, it's normal.

the windows is double-glazing

during these days, not very cold yet. the water on the bottom of window frame around 2cm long and the width is 1cm, is this normal?

我家的房子有20年了，有一个窗特别地wet.明年一定要换窗了。

至于房子漏了（屋顶漏了），可能性有。但是不大。
