这个事大体上都明白，一般常见情况是没大用的。但因为是第一次准备卖房，而且时间有些紧迫，希望不要惹上不必要的麻烦，所以还是想听听有经验的来给说明注意事项，比如律师该替卖主处理的事项，和一旦惹上纠纷的大体解决方式等。哪位卖过房的能给讲讲？
