Who let them joined Huawei before? As I know, those joined cisco from nortel are
all well treated. How dare you say you are from huawei if you want to jump to Nortel?

I don't think NT will hate the fact that one guy it hires is from Huawei. I heard from people in NT that on the first day when they were hired. They were asked to fill out the form which ask if you come from competitors. He told me almost 40% hired from sociaty are from competitors, like Lucent, Alcartel, Huawei, etc.

It is very normal to hire people from competitors. The rule is NOT dealing with license/patent issues.
