关于gifted kids assessment, 有事请教

想找一个Private Psychologist，给孩子做一个评估，看是否能进入elementary gifted program。 有这方面经验的XDJM, 能否告知你们所找的 psychologist 的名字 （印象如何）？前后要去几次，大概费用是多少？

不要揠苗助长！

如果孩子是gifted的，你的孩子以后会出类拔萃。

但是如果孩子不是特别地聪明而揠苗助长放进gifted，结果可能是打击孩子的积极性。

是gifted 不请[FONT=&quot]教[/FONT]不评[FONT=&quot]估[/FONT]也是gifted。不是gifted 拼命准备拼命评[FONT=&quot]估[/FONT]也gifted不了。
我们邻居的孩子，天天玩也不念书，一考下来人家就是gifted。

知道有些父母用LZ提到的方式把孩子挤进gifted。

我也知道有些孩子的确是gifted而因为交通父母而不愿意让孩子到gifted的例子。

偶觉得还是让孩子自己发展的好，不要揠苗助长。

如果孩子的确给福特，学校老师会三年级六年级让孩子去免费测试，也不需要复习。
复习准备考上去的，属于拔苗上去的，跟真正给福特孩子比有差距，对你孩子很不好。
至于孩子大了上大学，在加拿大，跟你孩子是不是给福特屁关系都没有
