加拿大房价可能会出现至少是 20%左右的跌幅

曾准确预测美国地产泡沬破裂时间点的著名分析师戴维·罗森博格（David Rosenberg）近日表示，加拿大目前所经历的经济反弹主要由地产市场带动，他认为地产市场的过度上涨形态将得到修正，加拿大房价可能会出现至少是 20%左右的跌幅。
