it is not logic. by my own experience, for those chinese ladies who owned a phd or masters degree in eng or science, maybe 1 % they are looking ok. not only me, all my friends tell me the same thing.
I hope i am wrong!

Well, there are always exceptions first of all.

Then people's taste and judgement is usually different.

Finally, foreighners are even worse at this.
