邻居搞fence了，可是他用的contractor太垃圾了，咋整？

2个小伙子，铁铲加铁夹子挖的洞，我感觉挖的不够深，而且fence的棍子看过去就特别短的那种.......真怕1，2年以后就松动然后垮掉了。
有人有这类经验吗？我还想着跟他分担点费用呢，不过这个活我实在无法满意。但是他已经挖下去了，而且挖在中间，也没法让他重新拔出来，再来一次了.......

如果深度不够，一个冬天就看得出。1，2年不垮，5年一定会。
不想5年以后从来的话，让他们返工。柱子一定要够长，埋得够深（40”以上）

So don't pay for it. If you don't like it.
It is his contractor not yours, it is his fence not yours. You have nothing to say about it.
Did you ever said to him, you were going to pay half and you had somthing to said about the decision. If you never did, it is his fence not yours. Unless he build fence on your land, you have nothing to say.

Yeah, I DO UNDERSTAND it's HIS FENCE, and I AM WILLING to share the cost with him even he was not asking me to do so. It's just that I don't want to pay for his shitty grade fence.

I am opening to any kind of suggestion that wouldn't make me felt guilty of having a fence.
