WATERLOO is the best for computer science. but its computer engineering is
just soso.
For EE: Toronto, UBC, Alberta, Carleton.
Mcgill is not good cause its knowledge is too old.
McMaster is good but only in magnetic field.

If you want to apply. Alberta is a good choice.
It has a high rank but lower entrance level.
On the contrary, OU/CU has too many applicants.
