如果没有买额外的保修的话：

Oil and filter change - 收费
All lights check - no
Fluid levels check - no
Tire pressures check - no
Tires rotate - 收费
Brakes inspect - no
Lube all doors and hinges - maybe

换句话说，换机油和调换轮胎的话，其他的＂检查＂/看一看性质的小活，都应该是免收费的。LUBE可以收费，不是一定收。
仔细看看你的帐单，那些活未必收费了。

New car insurance does not cover any of these, but usually the dealer would be kind enough to ignore the fees for simple/small inspections.

This depends on the car. Some high end car will be free for all the service you mentioned.

But normally you need to pay for the service.
