可以直接忽略了，房型设计非常不好。房屋空间利用率很有问题。很多材料需要UPGRADE。连合约准备的也不专业

同ASHCROFT,比它稍微好哪么一丁丁。。不过也是很烂不靠谱的主。。。几个SINGLE同等价位的FLOORPLAN和总体设计看起来稍微好一丁丁，但是很多真的就需要UPGRADE。。。。。。随便加点东西就多2万了。。

很多材质非常CHEAP,房型设计中庸，FLOORPLAN还算合理。能算是勉强合格，KANATA,ORLEANS的2个展示屋都是UPGRADE过很多的。你自己买实际要加很多钱。。。另外SALES态度很差。。。。不过因为公司大。。所以有毛病多少可以找得到人COMPLAINT一下。。。总体来说如果看到合适的位置房型可以考虑一下。。。总体评价一般。。可以勉强接受。。。

20. Mattamy Homes - Ottawa Division
几个SINGLE设计的还不错，UPGRADE的相对来说需要少一点。很多东西都是STANDARD。不过貌似几个同去的人评价都有问题。。。

21. Monarch Construction Limited
FLOORPLAN还OKAY，有几个OPENTOABOVE的设计还算做的合理。不过STANDARD的东西还不够多。。

24. Pinkney & Gardiner Construction Inc.

房型设计不错，但是，很多很多东西都需要UPGRADE,据称因为同期接了太多项目和管理层混乱DELAY和社区铺路喝其他设施完善DELAY是常有的事情。。。。

房型设计不错，FLOORPLAN算是合理，ENERGYSTAR基本都是STANDARD。SALES也很专业。。。算是比较满意的。。。

同RICHCRAFT.。。不过房型设计还是偏向古典化。。。

房型设计比较MODERN一点，FLOORPLAN设计考虑很多人性化的东西，这点比TARAMACK好很多，SALES算是很专业，很多基本的东西都是STANDARD，不需要太多UPGRADE。不过LOCATION选择偏少。。。现在我自己买房的BUILDER。售后还算迅速。。。

35. Valecraft Homes Limited
房型设计和FLOORPLAN很MODERN，但是，但是，太多东西需要UPGRADE了，加到URBANDALE同配置的东西加2-3万是常有的事情。而且据称售后很有问题。。。。

单就外观而言，Monarch 可折冠。其外形设计，颜色配比及材质选择独具匠心。其硬伤在于户型结构及空间利用率。

Richcraft 和 Urbandale 走的是高价高配置的路数，但在内部户型上下功夫不够。

Minto 最肯在设计上投钱，每隔几年会更新户型，空间利用率较好，近两年在配置标准上提高较大，不过做工依然显粗糙。令阿土不解的是，除个别经典外，Minto的外观越改越丑！

Mattamy，总体来说，阿土对其外观及户型均持否定态度。 Mattamy 给阿土的感觉用一个字形容就是“邪”

Richcraft ? Please go to the basement, and see how the steal beams are structrued, hope these are make sense to you (anything bigger then 2200 square feet). Hope you still have your grade 12 physics.

wow. easy dude...
in regards to steal beams, i've seen worse. as long as it supports over 40 pounds per square foot(psf), i don't have a problem with that. BUILDER HIRE CONTRACTORS to complete their project. It all depends on hired project manager and contractors reputation.
However, the builder will requested its contractors to kept their own specification of housing development. Therefore, this case has to be checked with builder reputation, guidance on design and its managerial style.

Richcraft ain't a bad builder, as far as i can see.

But i gotta admit most of new homes are using less natural material, many of them are composed in order to produce in a larger quantity with lower cost. It may not as good as some 80s houses and probably have a shorter lifespan

You buy a house because you want a better HOME. I suppose any of the new homes won't fall or collapse, just get over it, dude.

Monarch几个38万－46万的single都不错。。个人很喜欢有个open balcony的设计。。。。

steel beam我了解的不是很多。。但是据我所知。。貌似要求地下室的横梁必须有将近2万lbs，相当7－8吨的承重。。。

It's absolutely right. Looks weird! Mattamy’ houses are built with very cheap materials, and the separations between houses are narrower than any other builders.
